Due to the nature of our star maps being custom made for you, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

Defective or faulty product

We design and produce our star maps at the highest quality, so in the rare chance they're not to the standard, we've got you covered. We give you 30 days to take your Luxe Star Map, confidently knowing you can return items if they have any damage or are faulty for 30 days. Just simply take a photo of the defects or damage on arrival and send it to our team at . So go ahead, shop with confidence and enjoy your quality guarantee. And remember, there are no return delivery costs.

Missing Items

While all our products are shipped with a tracking number, in the uncommon event that items go missing, please contact our team. We are committed to assisting you to the best of our abilities.

Exchanges

In the case of exchanges, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you, and we will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement process.

Refunds
